Starting our tour in the "City of apples", Almaty, the previous capital of Kazakhstan.
The city is decorated with plenty of parks and gardens, fountains and flowerbeds also it is a premier city for its grean tree-lined streets and modern architecture.
Starting as small settlement, going through centuries and now it has adapted to the changing times faster than any other Central Asian cities.

Crossing into Kyrgyz Republic. The nature of Kirgizia is extremely various and impresses one by its primal beauty. This is the Land of Snow Mountains and blue lakes, of alpine meadows and fertile valleys, the country of archa and nut-fruit forests. Mountains take the greater part of the territory of republic. Some of the mountains are about 6-7 thousand metres high above sea level. For many centuries the Tien Shan Mountains were presented in Legends. The founder of the Great Silk Road, Djyn Zang, wrote:

These mountains stretch for thousand of leagues: among them are several hundred tall peaks, which reach to the very sky. The valleys are dark and full of precipices.

The mountainous maritime climate, clear air, curative mineral springs will create a special atmosphere along the journey.
During your stay you will drive along this spectacular country from the northern part to the south. Visiting Issyk - Kul Lake, one of the largest and deepest lakes in the world surrounded by snow-covered mountain peaks. Local people say that this is a "pearl" of the land.
Visiting Karakol town that was founded in 1869 by Russians. So this town will present you the culture and traditions of that time by old houses, the church and the mosque made out of wood without nails.

Taking the spectacular Bishkek-Osh highway. On the way we will be passing one of the most beautiful reservoirs in Central Asia, Toktogul, that funnels the gorgeous Naryn River into a hydroelectric station, the Chichkan gorge with its heavily forests, and crossing a mountain passes over 3000 m high, mostly wild and quiet places.
As legends say Osh was founded by King Solomon ages ago and had an important position on trading routes of the Great Silk Road. During your stay you will visit Sulaiman Mountain, considered to be one of the holiest places in Central Asia. People believe that it is a little Mecca. Osh market will give you an impression of the specific culture of old central Asian markets.

Your way will go through multinational heart of Central Asia - Fergana Valley further north to the biggest city of whole region - metropolis Tashkent. The city is witness to Chingiz Chan and Tamerlan, Russians coming to Central Asia, The Great Game, and surprising changes of last 10 years.

Bishkek became home for more than 80 nationalities 125 years ago. You will experience history and culture of people by visiting special places such as Historical museum that will bring you back in Soviet era and will show you the ancient history.
